Burglary ProtectionWe have organized a group of brochures describing products that were supplied to the USA marketplace in the past. (This is not a complete library, so please re-visit this area in the future as we will continually add products as the brochures become available.) The majority of these particular products are no longer in production. We offer this information for anyone to inspect, should they own such a product and/or are looking at purchasing a reconditioned model with the same or similar characteristics. Products are categorized according to the manufacturer's name, then organized from strongest to weakest, from a security point of view. When it comes to record and media products, they are organized according to the level of fire protection, from the highest to lowest levels. It is important to note that some of the claims, product features and/or specifications that are made/illustrated in these brochures are not always accurate, so we encourage you to contact us for clarification. Please note that many of the products come from Europe or Scandinavia and some of the photographs illustrate how they were outfitted in their home market. For example, you will see safes outfitted with one or two key locks only. For the USA market, these safes were typically outfitted with one combination lock and one key lock (or sometimes with one combination lock only). With this in mind, please do not assume that your product is a different model just because it's secured differently than what is shown in the brochure. From a security point of view, even though many of these products are not UL listed, many offer security features similar to products that are UL listed. Since there are many gaps in the current offering of UL listings, the majority of the un-listed products fall between UL listings. We try to elaborate on this in the "product description" area of the various reconditioned safes we offer.
